Q: When can I expect to receive my delivery?A: Stock items for orders received by 2:00 P.M. will ship the same day from our warehouses. Delivery times vary by location, however you can expect to receive your delivery usually between 2-5 working days.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?A: EQ Plus places your needs first. If you need even the smallest shipment, we are happy to provide it.
Q: What are your shipping policies?A: Shipments are directed to your various locations by UPS or FedEx Ground. Overnight and second day shipments are available for an additional charge.
Important Note: Check Your "Shipping" Address Carefully.
UPS or FedEx charges an additional service fee of $5 per package for address correction at the time of delivery. Any additional charges that result from incorrectly entered addresses will be charged to your credit card after delivery. Please do note that UPS or FedEx do not delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Q: What is EQ Plus' Return Policy?A: EQ Plus' Return Policy:
1. Missing Merchandise, Damaged Shipments and Defective Products
a. Please report all missing merchandise to our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receipt of your order. Occasionally, cases separate during shipment; missing items should arrive within 1-2 working days.
b. Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. UPS or FedEx will then return the product back to EQ Plus. EQ Plus' customer service should be notified immediately so that a replacement order can be expedited.
c. 100% Credit will be given for incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective products. Any notification of missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of the product delivery. Beyond this time period, all requests will be denied and the invoice must be paid in full.
2. Return Authorization, Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits
a. If a customer refuses a shipment and UPS or FedEx has to return the product(s), EQ Plus will grant a credit for the value of the products only, but not the original freight charges. In addition, EQ Plus will assess a $5.00 Restocking Fee.
b. If a customer wants to return product(s), please call within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened and in a salable condition. EQ Plus will then issue a UPS Call Tag(s). The cost of the Call Tag(s) will be subtracted from the total credit given for the returned merchandise. Please note that the costs of Call Tags are the “original freight charge” plus a UPS Surcharge of $5.50.
Q: What about backorders?A: If your order is placed on backorder, you will receive an e-mail notice with an estimated time of delivery. All backorders will be filled immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer.
Q: What is EQ's sample packs policy?A: There will be a charge of $4.95 per sample pack for shipping & handling.
Q: Do I have to order online?A: EQ Plus provides you with many choices to suit your needs. We offer Telephone Sales Representatives, Online Ordering, or Customized Fax order forms.
