EQ Plus Shipping and Return Policy

Q: When can I expect to receive my delivery?
A: Stock items for orders received by 2:00 P.M. will ship the same day from our warehouses. Delivery times vary by location, however you can expect to receive your delivery usually between 2-5 working days.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: EQ Plus places your needs first. If you need even the smallest shipment, we are happy to provide it.

Q: What are your shipping policies?
A: Shipments are directed to your various locations by UPS or FedEx Ground. Overnight and second day shipments are available for an additional charge.

Important Note: Check Your "Shipping" Address Carefully. UPS or FedEx charges an additional service fee of $5 per package for address correction at the time of delivery. Any additional charges that result from incorrectly entered addresses will be charged to your credit card after delivery. Please do note that UPS or FedEx do not delivery to P.O. Boxes.

Q: What is EQ Plus' Return Policy?
A: EQ Plus' Return Policy: Due to hygienic reasons, and caution to cross-contamination, EQ Plus will only process Return Authorization on product that is unopened and undamaged. An unopened product is a product with the original factory seal still intact along with all of the factory original packaging. All Return Authorization will be processed based on the unit of measure on the original order. For example, if the customer ordered a CASE of gloves/diapers, we will only process a Return Authorization for the CASE of gloves/diapers. If the customer ordered a BAG(s) of gloves/diapers, we will only process a Return Authorization for a BAG(s) of gloves/diapers.

1. Missing Merchandise, Damaged Shipments and Defective Products
a. Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. UPS will then return the product back to EQ Plus. EQ Plus' customer service should be notified immediately so that a replacement order can be expedited.
b.
EQ Plus will take full responsibility for any products that was incorrectly shipped from us to you. Please contact us within 3 days and we will arrange the exchange for the correct product to be shipped to you. Any notification of missing or damaged products must be made within 3 days of the product delivery. Beyond this time period, all requests will be denied and the invoice must be paid in full.
2. Return Authorization, Dissatisfaction with Products and Credits
a. If a customer refuses a shipment, not due to to transport damage and UPS has to return the product(s), EQ Plus will grant a credit for the value of the products only, but not the original freight charges. In addition, EQ Plus will assess a $15.00 or 15%(which ever is greater) restocking fee.

If a customer wants to return product(s) for exchange, please call within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. The customer will be responsible for the freight cost of returning the product and the freight cost of shipping the replacement product.
d. If a customer wants to return product(s) for refund, please call within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise with the date of purchase, order number, product number and reason for returning the product. The returned products must be unopened. In addition, EQ Plus will assess a $15.00 or 15%(which ever is greater) restocking fee minus any shipping/freight cost.
e. Return requests are not processed on any opened products.

Q: What about back-orders?
A: If your order is placed on back-order, you will receive an e-mail notice with an estimated time of delivery. All back-orders will be filled immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer.

A: EQ Plus provides you with many choices to suit your needs. We offer Telephone Sales Representatives, Online Ordering, or Customized Fax order forms.
